Whether you’re on Anini Bluffs, the site of magnificent views and gated estates, or Anini Beach, with its long stretch of reef-protected sand and sea, you’ll be enjoying some of the best that Kauai offers. Anini Beach, in particular, is unique. The short stretch of dead-end road (a walking path at the end leads up the bluff to Princeville) has a delightful mix of newer costly homes, older more traditional beach homes, and a large oceanfront public park with boat launching facilities—the home of many a joyous occasion. Princeville is located on Kauai's beautiful north shore between Hanalei and Kilauea. It is a picturesque resort community consisting of custom homes, condominiums, time shares and unimproved land.
