Whitmore Village, located centrally on the island of Oahu, is a suburb of the town of Wahiawa which is a 5 minute drive away and where shopping, medical centers and other conveniences can be found. Whitmore consists of single-family homes, a few multi-family properties, neighborhood parks and a community center. There are some limited employment opportunities available in Wahiawa, however, proximity to nearby Schofield Barracks allows for additional jobs. For major employment, Honolulu is approximately 50 minutes away with highway access from Whitmore a short 10 minute drive away.
