Listing RemarksDid you know that it is impossible to buy a house and turn it into a licensed vacation rental? In 2019 500 permits were issued to a few lucky homeowners. In 2021 only 168 out of 500 were renewed. For 2022 I am sure that the number is much smaller. So what does that mean? This vacation rental is fully permitted and your option of renting it out as such will give you a chance to re-cap on your investment. The license/permitted is fully transferable and the day you became the owner, you are able to rent it out like a hotel. Great care was taken to ensure that all guests are happy and safe.
