This 17.82 acre property is the site of a former commercial nursery, and could be productive again in the hands of the right steward. Two of the larger shade houses still remain at the site, each about an acre in size, and both overgrown and somewhat reclaimed by the natural growth of the Puna rainforest. If anything, the presence of these nursery buildings may have limited the regrowth, and could potentially be restored or removed for new installations. A couple of old storage containers also remain on the property. A third, smaller shade house is also present in the underbrush at the furthest reaches of the lot; another storage container may also be in the vicinity.
